Mental Health Awareness Fair-Fest

For their community action project, this group of youth leaders organized a Mental Health Fair Fest, identifying mental health as a key issue area they want to bring change on.

These leaders organized a five-hour event alongside Ordinarie Heroes and Power Circle Mentors dedicated to supporting youth facing mental health challenges, reaching hundreds of people. They provided critical resources, guidance, and a sense of security for communities that often lack access to these services.

Throughout the fellowship, they worked tirelessly—learning the material from facilitators, developing their vision, and planning every detail of the event. Their dedication showed how young people can lead the way in addressing the issues that impact their daily lives.

Now, they are determined to expand these initiatives across Philadelphia and beyond. Watching them step into leadership and take ownership of this project was extraordinary.
