Summer ‘25 Digital Archive

In Summer 2025, 60 Youth Leaders from across Philadelphia participated in the BOLT Summer Youth Leaders Fellowship. Working in teams, they designed and carried out three unique Community Action Projects that addressed issues most important to them and their neighborhoods. Each project includes the youth leaders’ Theory of Change, their project results, and a video recap highlighting both the process and the impact. Together, these projects demonstrate the power of young people leading change and the collective impact of their work across the city.
